Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the U.S. Visa Center platform ("the Platform") operated by U.S. Visa Center ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Platform.

1. Subscription and Services

U.S. Visa Center offers a subscription-based platform designed for immigration attorneys to manage their cases and client relationships. The Platform includes client portals, document management, notifications, calendar and case tracking, and other related services.

The subscription fee is $600 per month, billed through PayServices. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayServices account.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for purposes that are legal, proper, and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws or regulations.

You may not use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate U.S. Visa Center, a U.S. Visa Center employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform

4. User Content and Data

Our Platform allows you to store, manage, and share content related to your immigration law practice. You retain all rights to your data and are responsible for the content you upload to the Platform.

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You either are the sole and exclusive owner of all content that you upload to the Platform or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant us the license to such content
• Neither the content nor your submission of the content will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of U.S. Visa Center and its licensors.

The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of U.S. Visa Center.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall U.S. Visa Center, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

U.S. Visa Center does not warrant that the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
